Our promise

Try Kai-H2 every day for 60 days. If it has not earned its place on your counter, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will take care of it. The bottle can show normal use and the cleaning tablets can be open. We built the guarantee around a real trial, not an unopened box.

How to start a return

Email info@buy-craft.com with your order number. No forms, no "tell us why" script. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.

Change-of-mind returns (the money-back guarantee)

  • Available within 60 days from delivery.
  • Return the complete bundle you received: bottle (lid, glass body and base), sleeve, remaining tablets, charging cable and adapter, and the gift box. Normal use is fine. Missing components may be deducted at their comparable retail value.
  • Refunds cover the amount you paid less shipping and handling costs. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is arranged and paid by you unless we say otherwise in writing.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the return.

Defects and warranty claims

  • Kai-H2 carries a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery covering the electronics, the rechargeable battery, the charging port and the electrolysis membrane under normal household use.
  • Defective on arrival or a warranty fault: contact us, we send a prepaid return label, and we repair, replace or refund in full at our choice. Nothing is deducted.
  • Not covered: glass breakage from drops or impact, damage from liquids other than clean water (carbonated water, juice, tea, coffee, milk, additives), scale damage from skipping the weekly cleaning, normal wear of the sleeve and strap, and any opening of the electronic base.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Once it has shipped, the money-back guarantee above applies.

Damaged in transit

If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before discarding anything and email us within 7 days. We replace it.
