Where we ship

The United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Kai-H2 ships direct from our production partner, and most orders arrive in about 12 to 15 days from dispatch. We would rather tell you the real timeline than promise one we cannot keep. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

If a delay happens

If your order will take longer than the stated window, we email you with the new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund, before the original window ends.

Duties, taxes and fees

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free and duties are prepaid: there is nothing to pay at delivery in the U.S. or Canada. Any sales tax or GST/HST due is shown at checkout before you pay.

Address changes

Email us as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order is dispatched.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after the delivery window, contact us and we open a carrier investigation and reship or refund.

PO boxes and APO/FPO

Not currently supported. Please use a street address.
